Sambal kangkong

Sambal Kangkong is a very simple recipe to make and it takes only 25 minutes to prepare it.

Ingredients:Sambal kangkong

  • 20 dried shrimps
  • 2 big chilies
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 bundles kangkong
  • A pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Into a blender, combine the shrimp, shallots, garlic and chili.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil into a pan and fry the paste.
  4. Once the fragrant is out, throw in the kangkong.
  5. Stir for about 4 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the soy sauce and serve hot.
