Sambal Belacan is a traditional Malay chili paste that is really spicy but tastes great!
- 8 fresh red chili peppers
- 2 small kasturi limes, halved
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp belacan, roasted
- Slice the chilies coarsely.
- Throw all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Serve Sambal Belcan with limes.
