Sambal Kangkong is a very simple recipe to make and it takes only 25 minutes to prepare it.
Ingredients:
- 20 dried shrimps
- 2 big chilies
- 1 clove garlic
- 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 shallots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bundles kangkong
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
- Into a blender, combine the shrimp, shallots, garlic and chili.
- Blend for 2 minutes.
- Heat the oil into a pan and fry the paste.
- Once the fragrant is out, throw in the kangkong.
- Stir for about 4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the soy sauce and serve hot.
