Stir Fried Sambal Sotong is a classic Malay dish made with squid. One can substitute the squid with shrimps if they prefer.
Ingredient:
- 1 squid, cut into rings
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tomato, wedges
- 2 tbsp sambal chili
Direction:
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the onions with the chili.
- Toss for 2 minutes.
- Throw in the quid and sambal chili. Fry for 4 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and toss for 1 minute.
- Serve with rice.
